Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping and Premier of the State Council Li Qiang on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the founding of China.
The message addressed to the President reads. “I warmly congratulate and extend my best wishes to you and the friendly people of China on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
Over the past decades, China has recorded achievements of historic significance, which attest to the consistent work, creative potential and forward-looking vision for development of the Chinese people, strengthening the country’s important role and authority in the international arena.
I note with particular satisfaction that the high-level political dialogue and multisectoral cooperation formed between Armenia and China have grown into a strategic partnership, which today is successfully developing in all directions of mutual interest.
I am convinced that through joint efforts we will continue to record new achievements for the benefit of our countries and peoples.
I wish you good health and ever new successes, and to the friendly people of China lasting prosperity and progress.”
The message addressed to the Premier of the State Council reads. “Please accept my warmest congratulations on the national holiday, the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
Over the past decades, China has traversed a significant path of strengthening and developing statehood and today, with its economic potential, technological capabilities and international engagement, has an important role in the global development agenda.”
I note with pleasure that, anchored in mutual respect and trust, relations between Armenia and China have in recent years reached a new level, acquiring strategic substance.
