The court has applied detention as a preventive measure against citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nasimi Rahim Oghli Musayev.
The Investigative Committee has reported that he will be remanded in custody for two months.
Recall that on 1 October 2026, at around 14:00, Azerbaijani citizen, soldier Nasimi Musayev, illegally entered the village of Shaki in the Sisian community of Syunik Province. After being discovered, he fired shots from his weapon.
As a result of the gunfire, one of the residents was wounded. After that, the Azerbaijani fled.
Nasimi Musayev was then found and arrested. Today a motion to remand him in custody was submitted.
