Arsenal’s head coach Mikel Arteta has topped the table of the world’s highest-paid football coaches after signing a new contract with the club.
The Spanish coach will henceforth earn approximately 26 million euros a year. His salary previously stood at about 17.3 million euros per season. Second place in the standings is held by Simone Inzaghi, who leads Al-Hilal (25.7 million euros a year), while Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone closes out the top three with an annual salary of 23.2 million euros.
Arteta’s new agreement with Arsenal runs until 2030. The Spaniard has led the London club since December 2019 and in the 2025/26 season led the team to the English championship.
