“Putin is looking for a new enemy, and that new enemy could be Europe.”
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni stated this.
“Putin is provoking Europe, because he needs to divert attention from the developments taking place on the battlefield, from the war in Ukraine.
He is looking for a new enemy, and that new enemy could be Europe. Of course, we must be vigilant, monitor the situation and continue doing everything we are doing now.
But I do not think we should give Putin such an advantage. I am convinced that especially at this moment we must maintain our composure,” she noted.
