On October 31, the online platform for pre-registration for the process of obtaining biometric documents will be launched.
As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the platform will allow documentation applications to be submitted in two ways.
with strong authentication,
without strong authentication.
In the pre-registration process with strong authentication, the citizen will be immediately directed to the payment page and select the service office convenient for them.
In the case of pre-registration without strong authentication, the submitted data will be compared with the data of the State Population Register. In case of full match of the data, the citizen will be able to select the day, time and address of service, as well as make the corresponding payment.
If the submitted data does not match the data of the State Population Register, the citizen will be directed to the Migration and Citizenship Service to verify the data and correct it if necessary.
Only after the correction of the data and its confirmation by the authorized body will the citizen be able to book the day and time of service.
The pre-registration opportunity will be available from the stated day on the official website of the Haypass company at www.haypass.am.
