The Azerbaijani press has published details about the person who crossed the border and appeared on Armenian territory.
The man is a shepherd residing in Chatakh village of the Tovuz district.
According to available information, the man regularly consumes alcohol. That day he had gone to graze livestock in the border zone, where he also consumed alcohol. In a drunken state he crossed Armenia’s border and was arrested near the village of Chinari.
The Azerbaijani shepherd who crossed Armenia’s border has been found, and he is at the military police in the town of Berd.
