Armenia is among the world’s best touristic destinations.
The prestigious National Geographic magazine has featured Armenia in its article on the “World’s best travel destinations for 2027”.
The RA Tourism Committee reports that the article highlights the appeal of Armenia’s nature and mountain landscapes, as well as the Transcaucasian Trail, which makes it possible to discover the country’s remote corners, historic monasteries and rural communities.
“Reference is also made to the work aimed at improving trail infrastructure and developing the Armenian National Trail.
Coverage by prestigious international media contributes to raising Armenia’s profile as an attractive destination for nature, adventure tourism and hiking,” the statement said.
