Sargis Stepanyan has won the champion title in the up to 80 kg weight category, in the seated sport class, at the 28th World Para Arm Wrestling (disabled arm wrestling) Championship under way in New Delhi.
He wrote on his Facebook page. “Once again the Armenian anthem sounded on the podium of the world championship, and our flag was raised.
This is my fifth world champion title. A fifth victory, achieved through years of hard work, struggle and unshakable will.
I also dedicate this victory to my father, on the occasion of his birthday.
For the honor of Armenia and our flag,” he noted.
