On November 3, the commander of the Georgian Defence forces, Lieutenant-General Giorgi Matiashvili, visited the Armenian Genocide victims memorial and paid tribute to the memory of the victims.
The lieutenant-general laid a wreath at the memorial and laid flowers at the eternal flame perpetuating the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
