Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received Kem Ghaffarian, co-founder of the American companies IBX, X-energy and Quantum Space, who is the 2026 laureate of the RA state prize for global contribution in the field of high technologies.
The Prime Minister congratulated Kem Ghaffarian on receiving the state prize of the Republic of Armenia and noted that it reflects his outstanding achievements and significant contribution to the transformation of the space and energy sectors. Nikol Pashinyan highly praised Ghaffarian’s contribution to the development of the global space industry and expressed hope for cooperation.
Kem Ghaffarian thanked him for the recognition and stressed the great prospects for the development of the high technologies sector in Armenia. At the same time, he noted that he is ready to cooperate closely with Armenian partners, contributing to the implementation of projects and the development of capabilities in the space sector.
