Russia does not plan to attack other states or wage hybrid wars against them. This was stated by Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu.
“Why should we do that? We are not preparing to destroy this or that country,” Shoigu said, answering the question of whether Russia could use the policy of Western countries against themselves.
“God forbid you live to see the day when Russia starts a hybrid war against you. Live in peace, you need not attack us, we are not preparing to attack anyone,” he noted.
