The National Security Service has reported that citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Kasimov Yashar Ali Oghli, who had earlier crossed the Armenian border after losing his way and had been found on the territory of the Republic of Armenia (Tavush Province), was returned on October 24 to the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the competent authorities of Azerbaijan.
