Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, mediated by Washington, will be held in Abu Dhabi.
US presidential special envoy Steven Witkoff announced this.
“The United States will mediate working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, on November 10-11, in Abu Dhabi”, Witkoff wrote on social media.
The special representative added that before the meeting American negotiators in Brussels will discuss with representatives of France, Germany, Great Britain, the EU and NATO the guarantees for Ukraine and the outlines of the future security architecture.
